My mate picked up he brand new Mugen FN2 on friday.. so we went out to Brecon to run his engine in... Enjoy

very nice man i thought they had triangular exhausts or can you get different ones.
 
Very nice - I was up the Brecon Beacons in my '9' over the weekend, surprised didn't see you guys, but then again it is a large area. Some of the pics you took are they up the Bwlch and Rhigos mountains as well? Just love going up there for a spin!
 
horrid looking car in my opinion,i way prefer the ek4...
each to their own i supose

bit like my drive way.... Except mines a ej9 and my dads is a 2.2 diesel lol
 
Nice EK4 but I just dont like the new civics at all! Actaully nearly anything thats dated after 2000 is far too family size and orientated for me!! lol
 
i like the long front on our eks alot beter than having a short one self opinion
 
they are just Championship white FN2 with the wheels and skirts...don't mean to sound negative...

but i think stuff like this will make the Mugen brand too "sold out"...

Yeah the normal type-r's hav got triangle exhaust but the mugen comes with round ones.... not sure why..

Yeah it cost a fair bit but he got a fantastic deal on it ..

There are only 200 of them and so we found out only something like 20 are heading for europe...

His is no.8....

The next thing on his list is the front grill and maybe the rear spoiler....

Althought they retail for £1500 !!!!!!!!! :nerv:

I read in the spotted section you where up that way...

I thought he'd seen me... lol

Not sure what that area is called to be honest.. Do you know the burgar van that has the bike painted on the side ???

Some where taken there and the others were taken at the brecon visitors centre...

Ill have to go for another run soon... do like it up there... :nice:
 
christ this is a small world. Im from brecon and i saw you 2 parked in the layby at story arms by the waterfalls! Fairplay both of these cars look mint in the flesh even tho i just drove past! Where abouts u guys from?
 
more money than sense in terms of what your getting performance wise. dont get me wrong its still a nice car but a lot of money to be spending on 200bhp

Where both from Caerphilly mate... I didnt notice a '9 when we were there... where u in something else???

yeah it is a small world.... Do love gettin up to brecon every now and again...

Brilliant roads when the plod aint up there... love that everyone flashes u :))

Live up that way then yeah??

Nice one boys! I was up there on weekend and a few coppers there then so I couldn't make the most of the roads :(
