Moroso Oil Sump


I think that sump is a bit over the top , the regular baffled Moroso works perfect.. plus you dont have the added expense of buying more oil at every oil change

...it only holds oil...does nothing more than that, how is that over the top?
It does a better job than any other that I know of on the market for B engines, Darragh_K lame.

Ive tired oem, not good for any performance driving over 10 minutes.
Ive tried weld in baffles, not good for performance driving and a waste of time.
This is what I use now and should have been from the start.

Done and done.

Hows is it over the top ? Its beyond what Mallyauto needs .. Its twice the cost of the regular Moroso sump that works perfect on track / rally cars plus the added cost of buying more oil which will be a continued expense..

When I was researching a sump for my engine , I talked to 2 people that held oil pressure datalogs from b-series race engines , neither suffered any pressure drops on the basic baffled Moroso sump.. after countless European rally stages and circuits ..

Can you expand on those comments above ??

Its not over the top buddy, its out of his price range and yours.
Racing is not cheap, so if changing oil is an issue, dont race.

This is getting tough but I can just about sift through the shitty remarks in your posts .... Grow the fcuk up will you.

My opinion is due to remembering some of Mallyautos previous posts on changing oil.

And thanks for pointing out the obvious that cars and racing are not cheap , but if putting needless expense on yourself .. you are the fool.

No point in having all the gear and not using or needing it Mr Tama666 :rolleyes:
 
to be honest think this car gets the oil changed enough on it to be honest without adding to it lol

anyway i'm 21 the car is a WIP so tbh if its not good enough i can always upgrade later but i would be more looking into accusump or dry sump surely that would be like miles better than any oil morrosso stuff.

Well i have fitted the morrosso oil sump verry well made lovely looking piece of kit to be honest.

Only one thing i thaught it was aluminum for some reason.

Aluminum would not be my pick as it would be more brittle over steel in the event you bottomed out on something with the pan.
 
verry true anyway i'm gutten new seal and sump and it still leaks in the exact same place .... awsome ....
