Lose some oil on B16A2

Hi,
My car have 160,000km.
I notice that the engine loss some oil.
i changed the seals of the engine minus the crankcase, and i notice the oil drops some km.
What i need to do?

What engine oil are you using?

Do you see any smoke coming out of your exhaust? if yes , whats the smoke color?

Check wether the VTEC solenoid gasket is still fine or not.

Your rings probably need changing mate. Do a compression and if you can a leak down test.
