As above check your battery, perhaps stick a jumper pack or jump leads from a running car on to battery and then try crank it over. The starter's don't tend to give much trouble on the K series.

Put a new battery in an it fired up after few attempts, it was miss firing so turned it off after few seconds

So now its doing the same just clicking

Now this thing is blowing main relay every time I keep trying to fire it up

Good place to look is the ground for fuel pump ,
Break in the earth or bad earth in fuel pump ,

Plug out fuel pump and turn key to see if it is a bad fuel pump,
If your main relay is still good your problem is in fuel pump.

Try to disconnect TPS and MAP sensors. If You connected them in wrong way, no spark.
Engine should start when they are disconnected. If the engine will start, change the connectors and connect back to the correct sensor.

make sure the ecu isnt still immbolised see if it will start a ep3. i had the same issue.
