has anyone had any experince with ksport brake systems as they seam quite cheap and was thinking of getting some?

Friend of mine has the big brake kit on his Legacy,is it good...just a bit:D

What are you getting?Pads/Discs?

They come with 6 pot calipers, 2 piece discs and the pads etc

Mate Mike runs them on his EK9 and rates them! Only need a 5mm spacer to clear standard ek9 wheels too ;)

thats wat i was looking at the 6 pot caliper kit but wasnt sure if they would fit in the wheels but now i do lol thanks

Hmmmm next months shpping list I think......or is it a wish list lol

Can't you get Spoon Calipers for that price? I hate ksport and D2 but i have also heard good things from this kit, then again it is not that cheap for a chinese product so that explains why its half way decent.

You're right, you get spoon CALIPERS for that price

This kit comes with 2 piece discs and pads also ;)

When you account for decent discs/pads on top of the Spoon kit you're looking at at least another £300

Not see the pic I just posted above? Have a look and then rethink your question

i no it comes with them I ment is it the 286 discs the come with it that he is using! cos I was going to get the 304 and hope they fit in my 16s!

286mm should be sufficient, judging by that pic it looks like they are the ones he is running

oem discs are 23mm wide, have a look at the specs of the discs that the K-sports come with, their width is just as important!

wider the discs then usually the wider the cooling vanes are and the better the capacity of the brakes

from how good my spoon calipers work with the correct choice of discs/pads/fluid etc, I wouldn't see much advantage of upping the size of the discs with 4 / 6 pot calipers unless you are circuit/endurance racing ;)
