hi guys i couldn't stretch to an ek9 money wise but have just picked up a very clean and very standard 4 vti-s for £2000 it seem's mint and goes very well.
i didn't get the 9 as i had to pay the insurance outright as i'm 21 with no ncb but it was only 700 for the year i'll get some pics up as soon as i can weather is **** and i need to clean the car but when thats done the pic''s will be added.
anyway heres the plan for it atm.

buddy club exhaust, with de-cat and manifold (not sure what manifold to go for yet)
d2 coilovers,
16" rotas,
front and rear braces,
might lose the rear seats and sound deadening which should save some weight,

if anyone has any advice i would apreciate it ie what manifold to go for other ways to get it to go faster.:):please:

is it really that bad with it out i only drive about 10 miles a day so i could put up with noise if it'll save weight. but if it's not alot of weight to save i might not bother. also the fuel and temp gauge is really dim when light is on at night anyone know if there is a way to brighten this up???

admiral it was 756.10 outright i think it's the 10 month bonus accelerator aswell which means i get a no claims bonus sooner if i dont claim. i should have had my own insurance to begin with but i went as a named driver because of the cost.
my old insurance company wouldn't insure me on this car as it's apparently high risk to drivers under 25!!! well annoying as i had 3 years ncb with them even though i was named driver.
