ye i no i ordered one and still not received it yet i was seeing if anyone ells had theirs yet or heard anything yet

When were you supposed to of received them?
 
They said 10-12 weeks after payment had been made so it should of been about September November time. I got a email now saying hopefully march.
 
normally once a month i email him, he gets back to me straight away. I been pestering more recently cos my mot runs out at end of week and need a new exhaust so my car will be off the road till i get this. He has offered me an alternative, but i realy want this one.
 
I email him to he gets back to me but its never good news do you know how many exhauts they are ment to be makeing

Short update, we’re waiting on a new update about the exhaust.

This is taking the piss by now ? Nearly a year !

Who is the vendor ?
 
I sent him an e-mail last week asking about my exhaust he still has no idea when they will be ready. He said that he had waited a year 3/4 to get a j's racing manifold for an FN2. I hope it dosen't take that long to my 60rr
 
Dear mr Johnson,



As you may have noticed, our company is dealing with serious financial problems.



As result of these problems we have not been able to supply you with parts nor have we been able to refund you on time or at all.



We have taken all the necessary measures to improve our financial situation. Unfortunately, this didn’t give the desired effect. To give you an idea of the measures we have taken; not only have we requested from various financial authorities additional financial space, we also have the full inventory and our personal belongings for sale. We have done everything what lies within our possibilities.



For the future we see no improvement what could the tide times and this has made us decide to discontinue all activities and to stop Rising Sun Performance.



We ask you therefore to think along with us where possible. For example, the remediation of the invoice, or a portion of the invoice.



We can not give clarity at the moment when we can do any deliveries or payments. Can or would you not proceed to remediation we would like to ask you for extra time. That allows us the opportunity to come up with a proposal. Also, we ask you to discontinue any recovery measures, this increase the opportunities to possibly pay.



We ask you for extra time until the 31st of December 2012, this gives us the time to take all necessary actions which need to be taken. Shortly after this date we will make you a proposal per email.



It is to our great regret that we have to share the news the company is stopping. When we started the company five years ago we had never imagined this to happen.



Last but not least we would like to sincerely make our apologies for this situation, we never intended this to happen.

Just received this email from them. Im guessing the rest of you got the same email? Not happy
 
Yes, a lot of people aren't happy including myself. Made a payment for some parts but never received them. Now I hope I will get a full refund but I highly doubt this.

I heard they are also in debt with a few bigger companies, so in case they go bankrupt these will be the first who will get their money back.
Expect the worse is unfortunately the only thing I can say as a customer...
 
In the Netherlands too, some people talk about it on a Dutch forum.
Btw, the yellow s2000 of one of the owners is for sale.
