^the site above has a huge discount on OEM parts from Honda but they're located in California....as are all the sites I've listed. They've all delivered the parts in a minimum amount of time possible and if there is a snag THEY CALL YOU or EMAIL you immediately. It's even easy to get ahold of them on AOL instant messenger.

Glad u got your stuff mate but that is still poor service. The cambelt kit i waited
for over a month (not received but refunded), i recently ordered from bernad (autodynamics honda) all the way from singapore came in less than 3 days:nice:
Thats what you call service and plus i was kept upto date with emails and order tracking...
 
Just a quick update in regards to my order guys, I thought I would share with you.

Things just seem to be getting from bad to worse.

After 6 weeks of waiting for parts, poor communication, not to mention overall poor customer service from these guys.
This was their response to me:

"D'janiero your order aint on the system at all been looking and we cant see no order being made by you at all!!??!"
:angry::angry: (bare in mind I contacted them weeks ago, sent them proof of my paypal receipt etc, it got to a point where they stopped communicating with me, for over 2 weeks, and thats the response I got on the dc2 forum thread)

As most can imagine I'm pretty pissed right now. Yeah my order wasn't a huge one, buts its the shere principle of the whole thing i.e. how bad myself and others have been treated by these jokers. Its people like these guys that give car forums a bad name:(

I think I'm going to get onto trading standards, because I refuse to let them get away with this.

Managed to get this sorted guys and got a full refund today.

i know im a silly **** but i ordered an exhaust gasket and sum oil filters from these guys approx, 2weeks ago before looking into their reputation as it was the only place online i could find the exxhaust manifold gasket. Judging by the response u guys gave, i should have steered well clear. Money has come out of my account, tried phoning and emailing multiple times and no response. Has anyone used these guys recently, oblivious to their dodgyness? I woz wandering if any one is able 2 assist me on what 2 do next. Is this guy still operating under the new website.

I had no problems for the past 4 years , last order arrived 2 weeks ago.

Well, I looked at the most recent post, and it was still talking negative about the company, and no response was to it?

So I gave my insight, have all problems been resolved with this company?
