I'm not usually one to do this guys. But Ive tried to resolve this through pm/email and don't seem to be getting anywhere.

Basically I bought a hamp oil filter/motul oil package from Japserviceparts on the 16th June, and I have still not recieved them.

I also realised that a forum member on here and other members from the dc2 forum are having the same issue, i.e. ordered parts which have not arrived.
I know its a long thread to read, but in order to understand what has happened, please take the time to read it:

Integra DC2 :: Log in

I just wanted peoples thoughts on the situation, and what action you think I should take from here to get my cash back, as I would rather deal with another company after the experience Ive had.
Like others have said in the above thread, something simply appears to be dodgy.

Thanks

feel for you bud, read the full thread the other day and seems to be a large amount of faults between the two sites.

for any oem bits like filters etc use this guy...
Civic EK

you will have no probs at all :)

^ He needs a new website, if he wasn't on the forum, that website would put me off buying. He should try Moonfruit.com.

On topic - Keep pestering them; phonecalls, emails etc. If it was worth a lot of money it would be worth pursuing it, but for something of a reasonably low value it wouldn't be worth the time and effort.

Hey mate.
The thing that gets me about it is, I ordered from the new site, japserviceparts. And all we keep being told is that, oemjapparts has nothing to do with us, so you'll have to deal with them.....but I did'nt order through old site, I ordered through the new site.

I see your point though. Yeah its just an oil filter and oil, but its just the principle of it really.
I paid for the parts via paypal, so I'm thinking whether to see if I can get it back through them.

they were ok with me
pm civboy on civiclife when its up and running

Funny thing is, Ive actually dealt with them in the past with no worries.
Already pm'ed civboy, and all he told me to do was email ramesh as he deals with that side of the business. So sent him an email and got no response

sounds like great customer service... just dispute it mate, get your money back and go elsewhere.

no point giving your money to these people.

Surely your covered as your paid with paypal?? finger crossed its all covered!

Hi guys, i am the one who started the above thread on itr dc2.
Its a really upsetting situation for me and many others as i have spent £125:angry: I ordered a waterpump from the old site as it was not listed on the new site which i think is no hope of it arriving. Ordered a cambelt kit and brake fluid on the new site and have been told by civboy it has been sent via dhl/ups but the situation still looks grim:angry2:
I have been to my bank to reverse the payment for the water pump but they told me to try paypal first but i found this on paypals website :((
"PayPal cannot reverse a transaction which is ‘Completed’. In this case, we suggest that you contact the recipient directly to arrange a refund."
Yeh right like i see that happening:rolleyes:
Ramesh on the other hand cant even be arsed to reply to emails...nice running a business mate:angry:

Thanks for the support guys. I guess you live and learn. Will not be ordering anything from these con artists ever again:angry:
Opened a dispute with paypal so see what happens. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the people who spent a hell of alot more on parts than I did,and never received them, go and pay Ramesh and Tony (civboy) a visit about getting their cash back.

Hey mate,
Upsetting to say the least, especially if you've spent that amount of cash and thats the best excuse they can come up with. Emailed Ramesh aswell last week and still no reply....not surprised tbh.
If you paid for the parts via paypal, why can't you do what myself and others have done and open a dispute?

Also, just a thought, did civboy give you a dhl/ups tracking number for your parts?
He has'nt bothered to reply to my last pm....and this dude is sapposedly a mod on civiclife too:angry:

Nah civboy didn't give me a tracking no. at all.
I reckon we should post up a thread on civiclife to make them aware aswell.
About the paypal thing, i am still confused.... although paypal was used to pay for the goods, i signed up for a paypal account after i bought the items which is why i think when i try to dispute it in the resolution centre and it says find a
transaction and it doesn't show up in the history. That means i cant continue without the transaction ID  Is this how u did it mate? and just to clarify, the transaction no. is the receipt no. shown in the payment email right?

I'm up for posting on there about this. However, I think alot of the members on there will be biased about the situation as he is a mod on there. Could be wrong though.

Hmmm. Tough one about your paypal situation. I'm not too sure how you'd go about it then, as you signed up after the transaction. But surely there must be something you can do through them to get your cash back. How did you process the transaction via paypal if you didn't have an account at the time mate?
But your right, the transaction ID/no is the same one listed on the receipt you get in the email of confirmation.

Let me know how you get on with the new email for Ramesh:)

Well like someone mentioned on itr dc2, u can make one off payments aswell with paypal.
Guess i'll have to give my bank another try as they did say try paypal first then come back to us and if they couldn't do anything then they would have said so in the first place. Thing is i am not sure if i should try to reverse the payment from the new site aswell or wait a bit more for the parts.

I see man. I didn't know you could make one off payments with them.
If civboy and ramesh had been more professional in the first instance in regards to this, I would have had no problems waiting a little longer for parts. However, it will be a month since I ordered my stuff (on the 16th of this month) and Ive literally run out of patients with them tbh mate.

My brother ordered from these muppets before I showed him Derek's site (sim auto).

One paypal dispute later, he now has his money back.

They do not reply to the dispute so I would advise opening one asap.

all i hear abut this site is bad things... any1 had any good experiances ?

Right Guys,

To set the record straight.

I own the domain names

www.oemjapparts.com (original site)
www.japserviceparts.com (new site)

oemjapparts.com was hosted by my old partners who i have split with.

since then i have started japserviceparts.com which is hosted by a new provider.

I cannot change the domain name oemjapparts.com to point to japserviceparts.com until my old partners cease the hosted and allow the transfer.

Its similar to a PAC code when you change mobile providers. If your network doesnt give you a PAC code then you cant move to a new network !

I have limited access to the content at oemjapparts.com as my relationship with those hosting it is not good (old partners)

Hence the reason for the new name and new hosting

Your missing the point man.
I don't think any of us give two hoots about any of this. The main issue is us spending our hard earned on parts through you guys, both on the old and new sites, and we have'nt received anything:angry:
So one of you, whether it be you or Ramesh (wherever hes hinding out) need to take some sort of responsibilty and see what the hell has happened to our parts, or give us a refund.
