Can i use a Type R brake booster on my ek4 and what Benefit would it be? I have a Front and rear Si disk converison with the Si Prop valve, along with crossed drilled and slotted rotors and steel braided lines..

what do you mean by brake booster?

He's talking about the vacuum part of the braking system that the master cylinder is attached to

And the answer is yes!

All 96-00 Civic brake boosters are the same, and I mean all of them. The Integra booster is bigger, protrudes into the engine bay a bit more and does offer more power assist. It is a bolt on swap if you get the 98-01 Integra booster. Note that the hardlines are now a bit more forward, but its only like an inch, so you won't have to go out of your way to bend them, they flex enough to screw right back in, no drama.
