Irish EK9.ORG Meet Gauging Interest!


15/16th suits me, is there any members from that area to arrange a place for us to meet??
 
I should be able to attend. Carrick on Shannon sounds good
 
i live here :D woodies beside kfc on the dublin road side of carrick or supervalue carpark beside super macs on the sligo/roscommon side of carrick are both big car parks , both have places to eat , easy to find and its only a few minutes from forst park so if it a good day we can move there for a little photo shoot i'll have my carmera :D
 
whats the chances of the gardai moving us from these car parks??
 
not happened so far, them seem ok with modifid cars or in garda slang 'suped up', around here , had a few honda-haven meets here , and on weeks most cars would hang around the super value car park or a chat and that anyway
 
are there any roads for racing around carrick on shannon :p
 
Lads.. I'm new to this Forum...so let me know final date and plac. will love to attend this meet up.
 
Sounds good Id think a sunday would be better but I think the 16th interferes with the pitlane meet , how about the 23rd ?
 
just the main roads , but only too 100k of course (cough cough ) bad dose going around isnt there LOL
 
Ok so the place is set, we got a date? Im thinking the 15th? I know that pitlane meet is on too so what are peoples thoughts? Robbie ill get your mobile number off you so and you pick the best carpark!

the last thing we want to do is draw attention to ourselves... but we will most definitely will on the way home :p

the 23rd might suit better as some people might work saturdays and cant go on the 15th and others are going to the other car show on the 16th

Good point, maybe the 23rd would make more sense as no point two meets taken place on the same weekend! Will we confirm the 23 October Carrick on Shannon??
 
i'll vote for that but theres another problem... we ment to be getting snow in october :( but whats the chances the weather forecasts being right for a change :naughty: but for now lets go with the 23rd in carrick to see how that suits everybody
 
Lets take it the weather forecast will be wrong!! :) and we wont have any in October! Ye cool so its done now so officially happening on the 23rd of next month! :D so lets get names and numbers of whos going!! DOSvtec pm coming your way!!
