He'll get away with it, unless it was actually her dads car or something.
She won't press charges. Can't be trespassing in a public place?

He will get away with it, probably be an investigation in to it and it'll most likely result in tracks being forced to up their security, passing the cost on to competitors and spectators.

Really it could be quite serious in terms of law, but probably won't be. She can be heard basically begging him to stop the car over and over but he carries on anyway. Probably the most serious thing they could hit him with in terms of criminal actions.
The actual messing up of a race meeting etc is more of a civil thing I guess and I doubt he's worth MSV suing.

He's a complete twat, not for driving on track (well, for that as well, but that's as much organizers fault as it is his own stupidity) but for putting his girlfriend through this. The poor girl was terrified, she should kick the bawbag in the nuts and find someone with more than three brain cells.
