familiar with this kit?
I can advise? a friend and asked what we are hoping to reach q argentina. the engine would be a 11:1 compression, dc sports header 4/2/1, Walbro 255 pump, camshaft or other skunk stage2

what is your opinion? know him?

my friend asked for ek, I will wait for their results.
components not bad but I found .... I prefer to wait and be more quiet as to be put in my engine. I do not want to become a problem, I want my ek has 200hp, but I climbed over the car and accelerate it quiet, knowing q is not going to break or explode into a thousand pieces

I see some ACL bearings/etc there.. They are really good but I still wouldnt trust EBAY...A lot of the parts on there can be replicas!.. Those Tein SS replica coilovers from Hong Kong come to mind!:nono:

ALOT of popular tuning parts are being replicated in ASIA now and for the last few years and their best way of selling these parts is EBAY.

Dont get me wrong , if you are buying from a reputable(GOOD) seller its ok! but usually their prices aren't cheaper than any other dealer/shop.

I like to have peace of mind and buy from a shop that I know I can contact easy or walk into the next day if i have a problem.

In ebay I prefer to buy Honda genuine parts, you can find them separately or you can buy kits from honest sellers (you should always check their feedback).

From what I see in the pictures, the quality looks ok, and since you have the chance to see your friend's results you have a great advantage there. :nice:

Yo en ebay prefiero comprar partes originales de Honda, yo ya he comprado varias por separado de vendedores honestos, lo que podrias hacer es armar este kit con partes originales de honda, siempre en ebay tal vez te pueda salir mas barato, y creo que de las cosas mas importantes que tienes que hacer es ver el feedback del vendedor ahi te podes dar cuenta si es honesto, especificamente encontra feedback de este kit, (si es que lo ha vendido recientemente).

Por las fotos veo que la calidad del producto no es mala, pero si vas a gastar 750$ y tienes la ventaja de ver como le va tu amigo, yo lo haria.

Yo compro seguido en ebay y si hay que tener mucho cuidado, trato de comprar cosas de marcas buenas o OEM hondas. Por ejemplo, en pistones, podrias comprar unos wiseco, que es buena marca.

Si me respondes en espanol siempre ponelo en ingles, asi te entienden los demas miembros del foro :nice:

What is your ultimate goal from all of this? i.e what is it you want to achieve from the modifications

Sorry guys if I keep sounding like an old record, but I just saddens me to see that, for most people, all they seem to think about is power, more power, and even more power. But for what? Why do they need a higher number on a dyno graph?
 
the satisfaction of having my own ek4 with 200hp N/A, ek9 not imported in argentina
 
So your reason for spending all this money on modifications is purely for the ability to tell everyone you have 200hp?

Do you mean 200 hp to the crank, or to the wheels ?
