Sooo **** was crazy last night when i got off work! I was getting shot at on the freeway smashing home!
So im on the freeway, and a car pulls next to me and the dude sitting in the back with the head out the window saying something. I payed no attention to it, i figured the guy must be drunk being that it was around 2.20am. So i go on ahead of them about a car length or so when i heard the first shot, it was loud and it was a direct hit, then another shot fired, so i downshifted that was my first reaction i thought id outrun them. 3rd shot fired now i switched two lanes to the left and heading towards the nearest exit cuz i realized there was no way i should i attempt to keep going while im being shot at. 4th shot then 5th, by then im in the lane to the exit as they were catching up to me i took the off ramp and hit a right! I pulled out my phone and tried to dial 911 but ill admit i was a bit shaky so i just kept going and try to find a cop.
I drove about 2 miles or so on a main street at 2.30am and no cops in sight! I didnt stop i tho, i finally got home and looked at the damage, as i was a bit more concerned about my car than me. To my amazement there was only two visible gunshots. One on my rear lip, and the other on the rear fender well. By the looks of the shots they were aiming at my tires. It was dark so i didnt see anything else.
I checked this morning and im guessing the first shot had been to the rear fenderwell and it went thru. I didnt get a chance to see if the other shot hit anything like my shocks or lca. Ill post some pics up when i get a chance. That **** was crazy tho.
I really dont know what their motive was.

Im just glad your okay bud Maybe they were after the car 
it sounds like you did the best thing by putting your foot down, that's definitely what i'd have done!
