How old are most of us civic'ers?


24 in a couple months, had my EK9 for almost 4 years now!

My dad's got a civic type R and he's 58 :p
 
EJ9 at 17, Impreza P1 at 21, EK4 at 23, Lexus IS at 24 and just got an EK9 at 28.
 
im 21, 22 this year and i got my first civic eg coupe (1.5 lsi vtec) 6 months after i passed my test, and ever since wanted a ek4/9, but i`ve had a fair few decent cars... astra coupe turbo, 200sx s14a, toyota celica, 2 tuned eg coup`s, pug 306 xsi and a corsa b with a redtop. and some sh*tters... 2 renault clio`s, corsa c, escort mk4/5/6, saxo vtr and my current ek3 lol but i`m getting an ek4 vti next unless i run into some cash then it`ll be an ek9 lol.

IM 17 !! got my test on friday and looking at an 1.3 dx civic ! insurance is a killer! :angry2: ill have my ek9 one day :)
 
25 - How are people insuring EK9's at 18/19/20 etc ?!

or this thread should be 'How old' and what insurance you with, and what price ?
 
On my own traders (own my own business)
25yrs old
£700, only 1ncb (was a n0b when younger)

Got a few cars, civic main at the moment

Here in Ireland its easy, there is some companys that wont insure you but the likes of Quinn and 123 and some brokers do. Most people just get insured on a small sized car from 1.0 to a 1.4 like a micra or corolla and then switch there policy on the ek9! Thats what i did!
 
lol i dont have t have insurance here in SA lol.. planning on getting soon tho.. if i where in the UK id be screwed.

25 i'm getting on lol. Hopefully cheaper insurance from now on which is a bonus I guess

:clap: thats mental.... You don't have to have insurance in the U.K if you a seperate bank account that has over £200,000 in it and is locked like an ISA... then you don't have to have insurance.. lol.

You lucky chap i'd have nearly a grand a year to spend on my car extra
 
im 25 had my ek9 now just over a year had a ej9 before that for nearly 3 years.
