Just sold my beautiful 2.2i VX220 and the buyer had a DC2 to part-exchange but we agreed on a cash sale, although he is still keen to part-exchange the Integra.

I had a good look around on it and the rear arches were fine, a bit of rust was developing on the bonnet and the fiberglass wing was reacting with the paint.

Here's a link to the add: Honda : Black Year 2000 UKDM DC2 Integra Type-R

Check parkers guide, but it is very hard to say with specialist cars such as dc2. Really it is worth what someone is willing to pay

^^^As the above mate
Mines had a few we probs and 20 days tax!! Never mind hopefully getting a black 96spec next week :)

If I was you offer £2500 and you would def get £3k back for it quickly.
Dunx

Agreed with that mileage I wouldn't pay much more than 2500.

We picked Hev's 02 EP3 up for £2800 with 72k on the clock

I'm torn on what to buy as a run-around - A DC2 or EP3 for £3000'ish or a CRX VT for £2000'ish?

Opinions on the above are welcome in terms of fun, cost and reliability at the higher end of the mileage spectrum.

Depends wht you after ep3 if you want newer as they have dropped in price alot! Tegs are nice cars also and are cheap enough but for the fun factor you want a Crx vt I had one an it was so fun the best car I have owned the only problems were the rust and it's hard to find one without any!

Not too worried about rust as I'm currently tackling the rear arches of my EG4 and though it's time consuming, it's not all that difficult as long as you can weld and are prepared to spend some time getting things right. I'm starting to sway towards a CRX I think, it should fit in better too as once the EG4 is finished I'll be able to start on the CRX whereas the EP3/DC2 would just make the EG4 redundant. Cheers for the advice Dan :)

No worries at all man! I loved my Crx and keep thinking of buying one again if I was you I'd go for the glass roof sir vt love them :nice:
