How many used there 9 as a daily?

As the title says how many of you scallywags use your EK9 to get to work and back!?

Used to use mine. Was a ball ache with track coilovers and plated LSD though haha
 
I'm a mum and live on my own so my ek9s used for literally everything! It's pretty much my amily car - food shops, commute to work etc, but at least I enjoy all my day to day trips everywhere :D
I'll use my other car in the winter purely because it's there and I'd rather put road salt miles on that :)
The beauty of it is the reliability, I can thrash it all day on track and drive 300 miles home and not have to worry about if it'll get me to work the next day or not

*touch wood* haha
 
I preferred just to use mine as a fine weather/ weekend car, when I used it for the boring commute I started to loose the love for it a little
 
Is my only car but don't need to drive everyday.
Good job aswell really lol
 
I did for 5 years just couldn't stop driving it. Even when renovating my house I would put 4.8m joists out the back. Just couldn't stop driving it. I own other cars so shouldn't have but just love driving the 9.
 
i use it now and again, and also use it to see the girlfriend who lives 140miles away
 
I do, fifteen miles round trip 5 days a week down a fun A road might get something else for next winter though.
 
Drive the car today, just hot the turbo conversion on so got to drive slowly with a boost pipe off.
Was basically limited to 4.5k and about 30% throttle but was still smiling from ear to ear!
 
I drive the EP3 daily without fail and where I don't it's replaced with the EK9 which puts a smile on my face every time :)
 
I use mine as my daily as it's my only car. Love every minute of it!!! Nothing beats a but of VTEC on the way to work in the morning ;)
 
when i become a grown up with a property and **** i want two. my white current one for deathrace and track and a OEM black for daily. both prefacelift.
 
I don't use mine as a daily and I certainly wouldn't take it on long motorway journeys. A stripped out rear and an N1 style exhaust renders my 9 a little brutal if I'm honest.

I keep toying with the idea of a Jazz as a second car.
 
i use my ek4 as my daily for the last 2 years stripped interior and skunk2 exhaust an coilovers its painfull but awesome if that makes sense ha
 
In oem form it's great as a daily. Have been using mine as a daily for the last 3 years and it's fine. Think if I had coilovers then it would be a different story.

Why the question?

I am interested as I will be using mine daily and I wanted to know how everyone got on with them :)

Should be fine then. As the others have said it does make a good daily.

So no reason why you shouldn't do fine with it. Hope you enjoy it! :dance:
 
It's a Honda hatchback lol. It's not like a 1200bhp stripped out drag car with no lock and a top mpg of 4
 
i recently bought a vsm ek9 b18c i drive as my daily lol ver comfy car compared to my glanza love it
