Firstly I must apologize I haven't really read all this thread.
But we made 450hp on a B16 with high comp pistons in it. (N/a forged). It was on pump fuel. I don't know the exact CR as we didn't build the engine, but it was certainly over 12:1.

Would you be able to share any more details?
What torque figure did it put out? How much boost?
How much ignition advance you were able to use?
For those of you that were following my ramblings in this thread, the models I was using are now online.
