Hi,

Im Rich, dont own a Civic and have never had a Honda.
Trying to decide between a 106 gti/xs and a Civic as my next car at the moment so thought Id join and learn a bit more about the car and get to know you guys.

So I'll probably ask stupid and rather obvious questions at some point so be paitent with me

Welcome mate..What sort of civic were you thinking of buying

Well I plan on doing track days with my local club. Thinking the 1.5 lsi, 1.4 ek or the 1.6 vti.

My knowledge on Civics is really limited, just trying to get more info so I know more about them, what to look for.
Problem is my budget in terms of buying one. Only going to have £1000 to spend at the moment.

mate, i would go for the 1.6 vti but insurance is high will for my it is.

Yeah the 1.6 would be the prefered engine, but currently finding ones in my budget is hard.
All the ones for sale on here are too nice and soo more than I can afford.
