Sorry guys..haven't posted up on the project section for a while now...Well, lets continue.
Here are some new parts!!
*Aline HU
*Painted my Shift boot console black
*Vision Shift knob
*Redid the red sticker on the steering wheel
*And I dropped the car alittle bit more. =)
And today..***08/24/08***
I installed my new CTR Climate control,CTR Cup holder, and I tilted the rear duckbill alittle bit.
And I also took some pics around town. :thumbup:

And I haven't been doing alot of stuff to the car (Visual wise) lately.Cause now....the motor has to go. And I just happened to stumble across a B16 for a great price.
With that said, I went ahead and bought some stuff that I'm going to need to make this swap possible. As of now I bought a brand new B-Series SI driver side motor mount, the whole shift linkage assembly..and some other stuff to make this B-Series engine feel welcomed..lol.
(Not all of the items are posted up..But I'll post more up very soon. :thumbup: )
I received my intake in the mail for my future B16.
I did alittle clean up yesterday, Nothing big really...but the engine bay needed alittle cleaning up. Well I decided to clean it because I should be picking up my motor 2-morrow..So I thought it would be a great idea to clean up alittle.I relocated the siren for my alarm, HID ballast,Painted the inner fenders,Radiator support..etc,I also painted the rusty brackets in this gunmetal color (The A/C fan bracket), I also removed my washer fluid (Cause there is really no point in having it if I clean my car all the time....plus,It smelled SO BAD) I also hid the headlight wiring inside the fenders..and it came out great, nothing crazy but, it looks clean. I will be cleaning it more as soon as the motor gets here...I'll keep you guys posted. :thumbup:

I really like how the Password finish washers look...but it's really expensive! So I came up with a better alternative, make your own. :thumbup:
I bought 100 finish washers, 100 stainless steel screws, and Testors Transparent Candy apple red paint form a near by Hobby store.
And then after a couple of coats...WAAALA! pretty looking washers. =)

I'm starting to work on the swap thanks to my 2 friends.And so far we pretty much disconnected everything..and the motor is ready to fall out,So hopefully we'll finish the rest of the swap on Thursday cause I going to be really busy this week..so hopefully things go well.
I also bought a new Dual-Bend S2 Short Shifter...cause those long throws are killing me. :thumbdown:
And since I'm not going to be driving my civic around, I decided to ride around in my Weekend warrior.ohhhh sparkle, sparkle
I'm going to be dropping her 1" more sometime next week.. :thumbup:
Well, I can't put in the motor in today.. but I managed to get me a stock B16 header for the low right now (I'm going to be getting either a ITR,Vibrant, or TODA Header in the near future.)..and painted that in high temp header paint (lets see how long that last) And I also decided to paint the whole block including the tranny in high temp silver paint...And I must say,I'm very happy with the results...I know the GSR Valve cover looks gross..But I'm going to be getting a B16 Valve cover in wrinkle red, and with the moon cut already. So here is how everything turned out.

I used degreaser on the whole block...I then let the block dry, then I sprayed it with high temp. Engine Paint.

wow!! i stayed out of this thread for too long!! how did you tilt your duckbill? also i am sorry to say but your spoon socks are fakereal ones come in spoon bag
Haha yeah the duckbill tilt is awesome. I tilted it with some washers and some long screws (I believe they were like 1" tall.
)..Ok, you know how the duckbill is put on with 4 screws right? Well, just screw the the front of the duckbill with regular bolts (Like if you were putting it on normal) But then, when it's time to put the rear bolts on I used like 11 washers on each side...lol. But hey it titled up nicely! And I have no rubbing issues whatsoever when opening the hatch. (I'll take close up pictures 2morrow if you like.)And the socks are real. They came in the spoon bag. I took a picture of the back of the bag, and the label was in the front...but if it is fake..whatever..there just socks. lol

Yes those are Pre-face EK9 Headlights...and I modded them with bulb shields so that I wouldn't blind anyone with them.
I love this steering wheel...I bought it off a friend, which he took took apart his whole EP (Si) interior for racing.Since he had the steering wheel just sitting there, I offered him $130 for it...and he agreed. Perfect condition too. Shortly after that, I purchased the little red honda logo sticker to place over the existing emblem..So now it looks like the EP CTR Steering (But without the momo engrave.)

Ohhh and I forgot to mention.... It's working again now.
While the motor was out I decided to put on a new AEM Fuel rail with a AEM fuel pressure regulator (Cause the motor didn't come with the stock one.() So now it's adjustable at least. Ohh and yeah, I'll be painting the VC ASAP!!
(Here is some crappy night pictures I'll be posting up some better ones 2morrow.)
At the moment my exhaust sounds like PURE CRAP!!! It's waaaayyy too loud for my likings...So I'll be passing by the muffler shop to add a resonator or something..I'll keep you guys posted.
