Help! I don't know how to install EK9 LIP.

I got this 96 Civic Type R lip today in a package. They gave me 6 BLACK SCREWS, 2 BRACKETS, AND 2 PINS. Can someone tell me what I do with the BRACKETS AND PINS? Tell me in great detail [pictures would be really helpful] because I don't know where to put them or what to do with them. Thank you!

They go in the middle of the lip. You need a rivet gun to put the rivets in with the brackets.

the brackets as said go in middle of lip onto underside of bumper on car. forget the rivets mate just get some screws

Thank u so much about the BRACKETS. But how about the PINS? Where does that go? Like I see where u put it in the picture, but I don't see it in the picture. Like, how do u make it stay? I don't even know how to use the PIN/RIVET

NVM. I just saw how to use a Rivet on Youtube and u need a rivet gun which I don't have. I'm just gonna use nuts and bolts to put the brackets on. Thank u so much though u guys!

you need a rivet gun but if you cant borrow or obtain one then just use some little nuts and dome headed bolts,
