Anyone looking forward to the new Gran Turismo 5 for the PS3? Also, anyone have any release dates? :))
 
No idea on release day sony are terrible at that GT for the PSP was delayed for agggggggeeeeesssssss was ment to be released at the same time as the PSP.

Really looking forward to it hoping to get a nice steering wheel and seat setup for some track simulation :p
 
Yeah, it's been delayed up the a**! Can't wait, completed number 4 100% every race on gold, took ages, so this one should be massive! :drool: :dance:
 
well considering it was meant to be release some 2-3 years ago, id say anytime now! lol. GT4 was crap, couldnt hear the cars in the inside view, the nos was stupid and pointless, the physics in the game where also crap. And if the prologue was anything to go buy it aint improved. cars still sound rediculous and handling is still crap. The reason this game isnt out is because sony are so far behind in development to turn 12's forza series! :thanks:

Easily the best ever racing game
really can't wait for the new one
guna get the GT steering wheel, the one with force feedback
 
Its currently set for release in Japan in June, and then Europe in September.... For US gamers its released in Q3.

I have a feeling though that all though the game may be ready at these times they may set back the release date for the Christmas period to sell more copies.

I enjoyed GT4 and Prologue, but must say I enjoyed the new Forza. Although I'm a PS3 and GT fan more than an Xbox and Forza fan, I think GT will definitely need to up its game to keep ahead in the simulator ranks.

The only draw backs to the Forza game, is that its on the Xbox, it doesn't have enough cars, and it doesn't have enough tracks. Yes there is more cars on the 2nd disc but you can't get them if you only have an arcade xbox, and I know there are car packs available but they need to be purchased... The gameplay however is incredible, as are the graphics, and I think the tuning set up is excellent...

Thats just my opinion though :D :nice:

GT4 was w**k, none of the cars felt right and you couldn't slide or drift anything that should of. my biggest hate though is the fact that none of the cars sounded like they do in real life! AGH!!!
but i am looking forward to GT5 in the hope that they have righted they're wrongs and made a beast like GT3 was! :))

Yeah, I loved it! Was an awesome game! Cheers for the info project :)) Hoping you will be able to invite people to private races onine also, that's one thing the Prologue didn't do properly :)
 
I really cant wait for GT5 to come out either, it seems like ive been waiting forever!!!

Yeah, but some whopper will enter the game with a 600BHP R34 or some shiz whilst we're all fighting for position! Haha :win:

Yeah, I'm sure there will be. When it comes out, we'll have to do a thread on here relating to who's got it and their online I.D's :D
 
Yes online will be amazing, hopefully with minimal glitches. There is going to be proper damage for the 1st time also :dance:
 
Oh, there will be some stupid glitches for the first month or so, then there will be updates to get rid of them, ha. It's the same with every game! Yeah the damage looks pretty realistic on the video that was released for PS3 last year :clap:
