GAB Sport centre caps/decals

I have found some GAB's for a very good price in need of a refurb. But first is there anywhere i can find centre caps and decals? Maybe ICB will sell centre caps and i'll have to get custom decals made? Quite a rare alloy i have only ever seen a few sets knocking about.
