Anyone have one of these? opinions?

Wanna order one but on their site the only options are "1996-2000 Honda Civic Ex, Hx", "1996-2000 Honda Civic Cx, Dx, Lx" and "1999-2000 Honda Civic DOHC Si".. Which one would I need to fit an EK4?
