Hi Guys,
Right I've been lurking around for a few weeks now, made a couple of posts, but not introduced myself yet.
I'm Si, I'm from Manchester and I'm the new owner of an EK9. Good mates with Joshm88 and he dropped the H-Bug on me, fast forward a few weeks and I'm a 23 full time student with a BMW 318ci and an EK9 on my drive..NOT exactly Mr Practical.
Anyway, not exactly sure what I'm going to do yet but I'm damn happy with the new car, absolutely brilliant. It may become a short term investment yet, put in some hard work and tlc with her and then move on..I would really like a 2000, low mileage, Rx, plus it would give my family some illusion of pratical, modern driving. (they don't have a clue about being remotely interested in GOOD motors..)
Seems like a great forum with a lot of clued up guys about, which is exactly what I love to see in an owners club forum, no exceptions here. Owned a 205 GTI for around 4 years and completely rebuilt her and converted to 16V 2.0 power, awesome car, just a shame it was french.
Without further ado, here's the new addition along side Josh's EM.
