Final drive swap or 4th and 5th swap, what's easyer/cheaper?

Out of curiosity what's the cheapest and easiest to do?

Installing a s4c 4th and 5th gear in a S80
Or
Installing a 4.7 into a s4c?

Obviously it would depend greatly on what transmition you had to begin with, but for the sake of this convo, lets say you had both 98spec S80 and S4C and you wanted to do the conversions on the both of them. Which transmition would work out easyiest and cheapest to do?

It's the same amount of work really,

If you have a 4.7 s80 then buying a used 4th and 5th will cost you less than £100 normally.

I would do the S4C since with the LSD and 4.78 FD will have faster gears than the stock 98+spec ITR transmission, but for me really seems to be the same kind of work/price doing the 2.
