Ever wondered how RAYS make their wheels?


i used to work in an alloy foundry and i can tell you its not an easy job! getting burned with 1000degrees alloy hurts a little!!!!!!!! rays could easily make over 100 wheels per shift tho so it just shows you how many wheels they make! it doesnt actually cost a lot to make them because all the metal is old scrap, the cost of the wheels is all in machining and the workers wages and also a good whack on insurance and health and saftey. it is an interesting vid tho:nice:. just my 2 cents
