go here: http://www.mcmaster.com/ under search type in urethane then click on "Urethane Casting Compounds" from the list. and purchase the one:

"Flexible Urethane" color black hardness is either 60a 80a or 94a amd it cost about $35.

take off your monts clean them up, mis up the urethane compound, put your mounts in a bucket of sand (so the excess urthane dosent leak out) and pour in the urethane into the mount.

Good info blinx. Many people use 3M window weld urethane for motor mounts, but the mcmaster urethane is better, and you can choose between hardness.
Not so sure about the bucket of sand however, I'm sure there are better way to block off the extra leaking urethane, like wide electrical tape maybe.

trust me, you want the sand, i though the same thing so i just used duct tape to block off the back and it didnt work, the liquid urethane is very heavy and will flow out of the slightest hole, also they have to sit for about 48hours. trust me use the bucket and you avoid a mess :nice:
