ENERGY-SUSPENSION Shift Stabiliser Bushing's. Worth While On The EK9?

Iv got it on my EK4, i noticed a little bit less play and its more accurate i think.
Really easy to change over too :)

where can I get this in the USA? :nerv:

It's a good idea to remove the entire shifter and lubricate the ball at the end of the gear stick. A high temp axle grease appears to work pretty good. It's very close to the exhaust so the grease that was applied during initial assembly has likely been baked dry.

Some even opt to replace the rubber boot depending on condition and also the plastic race inside that rubber boot. That along with the shifter bushings will make a very noticeable difference.

I will do this, thanks!

I think you only get 2 bushes with this kit.

#15 & #18.

I had to get #5 from Honda.

Mugen's kit comes with #10 as well. I've never seen #5 worn to the point where it required replacement.

#7 is 50/50 depending on the car, but so far so good for myself personally.

I've never seen #15 needing replacing either.

Is #10 the most likely part to need replacing when your gearstick develops a bit of a wobble?

Hey all, I had these ENERGY-SUSPENSION Shift Stabiliser Bushing's

FUNKY POWER - Europe's Leading Online Japanese Car Specialist

on my EG Vti with ITR Shifter and Gear linkages and it made gear changes feel 10x better!

was just wondering if be good upgrade on the ek9 gear linkages? and if any one has them

yeah, get the black ones though...

EDITED:

Im really interested in getting a set of these. But I would like a full kit which replaces all the ones that actually need replacing.

So is this energy kit the one for me? Or go for Mugen kit which comes with an extra bushing too?
The Mugen kit (#10 #15 #18) £40 delivered.
The Energy kit (#15 #18) £8 and does NOT include #10 - How much is #10 from Honda? Im thinking of just getting the energy kit and buy the #10 from honda. Which would work out alot cheaper too I reckon...

And WHY get the black kit blinx? Is it just purely to blend it in with everything else?

i suggest black because the red ones squeak, the black ones have graphite in the so they don't squeak.

my number 15 bushing was worn pretty bad when i first bought my car...

Go for this option. I have had both Mugen and ES and it's really not perceptible the difference between them.

Came today, in black, can anyone tell me the correct torque setting for the nuts etc :)
