ek9 suspension

^Some ppl think Stiff is better :)

Funny part is the factory 9 springs with good dampers are more than enough for most.
But they don't go low so they chuck em' out the window.

For the road, the standard suspension is best.

Stiff doesn't make it better.

if you want a stiff suspension set for street i'd look into the omni power Full Body Coilovers (sport version)

good ride, stiff, wheels and body will not go anywhere out of line.

i like the stock ek9 suspension for the road !
Especially if you come from oem ek4 suspension :p

OEM dampers / Spoon springs, slightly stiffer, great on road, great on track

If that's what you want to believe, OK.

You need some of the JDM race suspension with 18-22kg springs.

What you'll really get is a car that has a lousy ride and has so little grip that you'll get beaten down the back roads by an EJ9.

Stock Dampers, Eibach Springs, ARBs or Koni Shocks and Eibach/Tein Springs.

I put Stock Dampers and Eibach Springs on my brothers EK9, and its good, but could do with stiffer dampers or ARBs, cornering hard and my tyres catch the arches, even though they are rolled, im on 205 Kumho KU36.

If you have nice smooth roads in Cyprus (which from what i remember of the coast roads you do) and you can push the car 100%, then I would go Coilovers oh and grippy tyres.

Do not go retardedly stiff. I bought my car and it had HKS Hyperflex with 1100lbf/750lb rear. It feels dangerous to drive on the street. I hit a dip on a highway entrance ramp going 65mph and the car could've gotten air and launched itself right off the road.

Be smart about your suspension choice, sure it feels like a gokart for cornering, but EVERY OTHER AREA of the suspension feels terrible.
