I'd never go back. Literally the only thing is the induction noise on the NA that I miss. That's small price to pay lol
You'll see what I mean about how drivable they are when you hit the track...
 
Had this beauty turn up today.
Genuine Aem fuel rail with pressure gauge, the regulator is also Aem that I got seperate.

Done with the goautoworks kit ,
It does make you want to go turbo ,but he only
Used head studs and everything else was stock ,
Watching that video gave me the bug and seen the turbo builds on here ,

Complete stock block b16a2 can handle a smooth 300hp bud no need for headstuds or anything.
I've seen an article where they took a forged piston only b16a up too 500hp on the dyno but tbh that's not going to last long on the road.

Haha I will be taking a wee bit longer than a weekend. But I can see how it could be done in a weekend

You get other cool noises from a turbo though :run:
 
Yeah some crazy noises for sure. I do prefer the NA sound though

That would do me fine 300bhp would love too really,
Man I'm ocd with just my b16a, I think I would have a
Nervous breakdown with turbo ,
I be like , is that sound normal? Can you hear that ?

Haha yeah you don't need to add
"Is that a rod coming through the block"?
 
Took the gearbox to work for a lick of paint.





Wire brushed off and a brake clean.
Took all the brackets off that I'll also paint.

Coat of etch primer



And some silver


Was hard to paint as I haven't fully stripped the gearbox, so it reacted in 2 places but luckily underneath the starter and behind the driveshaft.

Also got some new driveshaft oil seals coming from Honda tomorrow.
 
Got the NH-O on this evening!
Looks good :)) nice to see it white back in the engine bay.
Once the clear coat is on it'll pop!
