EG6 from Belgium


Tuned at the dyno:

It was on a "Dyna pack" dyno (best for tuning according to the tuner, but they give low figures): 189,1hp. On a superflow dyno it would be: 205-210hp (according to the man who tuned my ECU). But it drives waaaaaay better now!!

@ Irf: Thx man! Your ex-engine is doing great now (needed a proper tune though) :))
I killed the clutch (spring in the pressure plate) a few months ago. But I replaced that. It just stutters sometimes now, but I read out the ECU and it gave "primary oxygen sensor heater"-error. Have to change that as well (got another one laying around).

@ B18C'R EK: I don't have any vids for now. But I can work on that :dance:
 
Very nice car! Sweet pics, bet its fair quick especially after the tune :). Nice pics with other Civics aswell, I notice the 'poo brown EK4' in some of the pics, thats on the forum aswell :nice:

Yeah, a proper tune is a world of difference! :nice:
The EK4 is also a Belgian guy. It's a very nice project indeed, only top notch parts are used :clap:

Last week, I've been spending some time on a Cluster swap. After swapping a B18C-R in my EG6, I thought it might be fun to swap the cluster as well.
So I found a JDM Spec '98 DC2 cluster. After numerous hours of using the dremel, sanding paper, soldering iron,... and lots of swearing, this was the result:
