Hi guys,

Just recently bought a delsol sir :)

I have raced my own ek9 (as i still have it sittin on the drive) with a friend driving it... strangely my delsol a little faster... how could this be??

I thought my ek9 would thrash my delsol!
 
What are the modifications on the two cars?? Also can your friend drive hard??
 
Delsol Sir - Straight through stainless steel exhaust & manifold (decat)
- 16 Inch alloy wheels
- Lowering Springs
And thats all i know of so far

Ek9 - Manifold, stainless steel exhaust with a cat,
- 16 inch alloy wheels
- Induction kit
- Coilovers

And yes, my friend can drive :nice:
 
My ek9 isnt rubbish :nono:

But it is the same off the line as clio cup 182 and a pug 207 GTI...
 
Or maybe Del Sols are just as fast as EK9's.....

I need to race another delsol or another ek9 to find out :D

From the factory my delsol did win :)

Try be abit more open minded... my Delsol SiR has beaten a Honda Civic Type R (EK9), i posted this as i requested some thoughts on if my Delsol is tuned, or my ek9 is pants therefore this is not a pointless thread.

ek9s cant be much different to any other b16a hondas in the straights
but the ek9 dose handle very well compared to others.Its like 15bhp difference

it did not come from the factory with the mods you've mentioned therefore you are talking shite,if your del slo is tuned is not something anyone on here can diagnose,thanks for posting:nice:
