Guys,

I have a budget of about £600 - £700 coilover budget for my EJ9, these 2 brands are the most budget friendly however some feedback on these would be great! I dont want really bouncy suspension just something well balanced :))

Cant comment on racing logic but ive been usimg my D2's for about 40k miles on two different cars with no problems appart from i had to replace one of the rear shocks as it started leaking, however im 99% sure it was from hitting a pothole two fast as it happened straight after it.

The rest have never knocked or leaked. I have read horror stories as everone else has but mine have been spot on cant fault them.

The ride isnt the best but i dont find it horrendous, you expect to lose some comfort when putting any coilover on.

Flip a coin.

MeisterR.

Thanks! been reading reviews on these and they seem to shine through as better than D2 anyway cant find much on the race logic coilys though. I found a voucher code that reduces the zeta-s kit to £599 :nice:

Racing Logic really are a great coilover.

As used in the upcoming @Civic Cup. Remember all those guys were using Buddyclub beforehand. They are also use by the Eurospec Time Attack Evo along with many top drift cars.

We have just sent you a PM

Thanks

I've a set of race logics here that I'm selling, they where from an EG though. Really comfortable coilover. Couldn't fault them!

I'd go for the Meister r. Best ones in that price range and jerrick is a top bloke to deal with

Had them on 2 cars now, wouldn't want any others when spending in that price range :)

X2 for MeisterR 's

Im yet to hear a bad word about them yet. Only praise. Seen a few guys running them in the Vtec Challange and good few guys around the forums, so they must be up to the task. Good range of Different weighted springs are at a fair price and easy to source off their site aswell. Also as mentioned Jerrick is a top guy, got back to me straight away when I was emailing questions on specs and pricing, always helpfull.

Its not top shelf works's Race suspension but for the budget Id say you get allot for what they cost.

DG5 are the best but had D2 not great on Irish roads, to stiff they burst,

Dont think you can loose on either which has more adjustments? what are the spring rates?

D2 coilovers are cheap chinese/taiwanese coilovers. I believe they even discontinued D2 coilovers since so many people had problems with them (again...cheap chinese crap) and now call them K-Sport coilovers. Same thing just a different color. They will however get you really low/slammed if that's your thing. But i wouldn't recommend them at all for a daily driver. Save up a little more and get a better quality coilover. Like Progress, KW, Eibach, Koni, etc. I don't know much about Race Logic but i'd do some research and see where they are made and if they are of quality.
