can any one give an opinion on dampining setting on them as im from ireland and we have bad road and i know is up to myself but just need opinon any one help thanks:nice:

I have them in my civic and have them set full soft front and rear, the spring rates are high enough to give a fairly firm ride yet comfortable without any need up increase the damping rate. Try it, you'd be suprised at how comfortable they are yet handling isnt compromised! I've done 40k miles in mine in the last 2.5 years and on donegal roads and i will definitely buy them again!

Not the sofest of suspension.

I have actually increased my rear spring rate to 10kg/mm. I like them on the road not to harsh but none the less they are harsh at times and on track not too bad but to soft for me when pushing hard. I'd recommend the BC coilovers far superior imo. Build quality is fantastic compared to the D2's.

i only bouth this suspension so i cant go off and buy a bc ones now i just want to know what would be a beter damping seting as i dont like too soft but not to harsh either thanks

yea they are stiff which i like car to be stiff but not too stiff i had a k sport before them in my old dc2 which are stiff aswel so it depend on what you are in to at the end i like them doe :nice:

Does anyone know what is the meaning of the numbers embedded on the springs?
