i was looking at a video on my phone of when i done my b16b swap and when i had the car off the ground i took it through the gears and realised that it went to 130+mph. but when i take it on the road the restrictor cuts in at 120mph. i know that its supposed to be restricted to 120 but im just curious as to why when it is not under load(off the ground) the restrictor does not come in. has anyone got an explanation to this? i'll post the vid if i can
