I was just wondering where people buy crashed cars from? Any websites or that? Like integra's eg's and ek9's ect or is it just word of mouth
 
I have a front end damaged 2004 ep3 if your interested?
 
Most people who crash the cars you mentioned know how much parts are worth and break them their self quite hard to get
 
Yh i know but was jw what happens to them after the insurance have finished with them apart from scrapping some
 
Best way is to post a wanted add on say pistonheads. There will always be people who have crashed their car and just want to get rid of it without the hassle of breaking it.
 
Word of mouth, only place ive got smashed hondas! Theres so much competition with breakers and people buying to break
 
There is a site where they are sold and auctioned, i will try and find it for you. Although i am sure you need to be an auto braker or a garage with the proper environmental bollock to ensure they are dealt with properly and disposed off.

Perfect man that would be great, hmm ok i didnt know that, just thought you had to get a scrappies to sign the v5 sayin it was scrapped...
 
Places like copart sell them

I've bought a couple tegs etc but mainly from eBay or something
 
You can break a car then scrap the shell providing you have the v5 and the shells still got the vin plates on it. You get paid for it (if you take it to them) and then get a certificate of destruction from the dvla to confirm its been scrapped
