cold brakes squeeking

Well lads..Just after driving my car home from work there and the brakes were squeeking at 1st..When the warmed up they were grand..The pads are still very good and also the discs...Any advice would be apriciated..Thanks

Its a quick fix and mightnt last,but I just sprayed brake cleaner onto my pads and onto the sliders(with the wheels on and all) and its gone out of it!

What discs and pads are they? Some just squeek....I know my Project Mu's do!

abit of copper grease to the outer side of the pad and around edge of caliper should keep the noise/squeak to a minimum

maybe just a stone or something caught on the pad?its not impossible...

Could it be that your pads are just a hard paste and stop squeeking after they`ve warmed up? I`ve faced the same thing with my car and motorcycle. Non the less, brake cleaner is cheap and couldn`t do any harm to spray it.
