Hi, all ideas are welcome, thanks.

Currently, my ride's running with clutch slip,

1) before it's happened, my full fuel tank is equal to 450kms, and now I can go up only 280 or 300kms only, why ???Is it clutch slip problem ??
2) Greater of white smoke came out, during high revs ??? Is it pistons ring or valve seat problem ??
then, I've to pay $$$$$ alot for the engine's fuel, once the vtec on..help me out..

I don't think is something to do with your clutch..... White smoke = unburned gasoline. It seems that its time for some springs and/or rings to be replaced :nice:

Manos,

I thought white smoke = burnt engine oil where as black smoke = unburnt gasoline. hmmm.

I THINK SO KOOLRIC, BECAUSE after a week, I've checked up my engine oil and It's gone badly, only a quarter left...

black smoke = rich
White smoke = rings
Blue smoke = oil

a number of things can cause oil consumption:

ban bearings
bad rings
bad valve seals

Hmmm, I'm pretty sure that you have bad rings right now, does the smoke has a light blue color?

Just a suggestion!:nerv:

Try driving down the road in 4th gear about 6000rpm, let off the accelerator for a few second's to let a vacuum build up in the inlet manifold. The stab the accelerator back down! If u get a big cloud of smoke at that point i would say oil valve stem seal's! :angry2:

Hi m8!

I've the same problem!

Between the 8000 and 9100 my b16 makes white smoke...

Some one told me that the valve seals are different (intake and exhaust) and my mechanic didn't remember of seeing different, but my car is from year 2000 and I think they are all the same because they were in the same bag... and all the same

My engine is 130000km and I think it might be piston rings...

What pistons and piston rigs you recommend? i'm looking for OEM stuff

I have spoon head gasket, some head work, camshafts skunk2 stg 2 and all the valve train skunk2 pro

I think PCT is too much what about DC2 ones?

Cheers
