Insane, would be worth investigating. That kinda money leaves enough room in the budget to restore things that aren't ok. Or a real nice base for eg a K20 swap.

everything down south is dirt cheap now,their economy is ****ed,Dc5s are at 4k and honda parts like recaros sell for 250quid etc as most honda owners cant afford them and are selling up for cheap sub 1k diesels.

for 2k you dont expect it to be mint lol. 2 k for a ek9 is a steal either way you look at it. its worth more in parts. aslong as it drives and stops you can spend the money you saved to sort out the minor issues ect
