Will it make a differents if i change the camshafts on a b16a2 to skunk2 or spoon camshafts? expeshaly if the engine is high millage?

Yes it will but you need all other supporting mods i.e full exhaust and more importantly a tuned ecu after everything has been installed.

Yeah i am getting hks catback and dc manifolds. Any more advice or info?

In my opinion, skunk 2 stage 1 camshafts are a good choice if you have a stock engine, how many miles doesn't matter in a honda, what you need to check is if your motor is healthy, you can do this by measuring the compression per cylinder.

Spoon Camshafts, in my personal opinion are over priced.

Skunk 2 stage 1 is a great option with a thinner head gasket to raise the compression a little bit, complemented with the mods you mentioned.

Also a ecu remap and a proper tuning will be a must to take advantage of all your mods.

Have you worked out cost's of parts and labour for fitting and tuning. Most cases a b18c swap can be cheaper which will yeild you probably more power than going the route your thinking. Just another option if I were you id think about

Retainers and valve springs would be a good idea to be installed along with the cams.

I have a b16a2 with 13,4 / 14 / 14 / 12 compression.

Is there anything I should do besides install new piston rings that could put my compression better? The block is stock and has spoon headgasket and I have skunk2 pro valve train with skunk2 stg2 tuners cams. I'm having some problems with white smoke and the car is not running as well as it should run.

For a start what engine manament systerm are you using ? if your planning of a rebuild i would get a bottom end gasket set and new bearings (ACL race series ) as well as the new rings.

Ps dont forget to hone the bore

I'm using a P30 ECU tuned on street and power bank.

I'm thinking on a used B18C6 bottom end because the money that I will spend on a b16 is not worth it but need to talk with the experts

What you mean ? ? ? tuned with what. A b18c bottom end is a cool idea, but if i was you i would rebuild that before swaping it.
