with bigger cams you must upgrade valve springs and retainers and also a desent remap !!
you also need reliability is also good to check your engine you dont want to break it on the first test
you choose cams taking in mind the purpose you use your car drag/track/everyday use ?
there in no ideal cam it all depends the use you want.

There is no best cams, all are great. It depends on what power you want.
I prefer JUN, SPOON or MUGEN cams.
