Cam cover question

Are bolts missing from the 2 holes shown here on the cam cover. Just been into Honda for a service, cambelt and water pump and they never mentioned anything?

Also is it easy to take the rocker cover off, strip and reprint? New gasket?

It's fine, the one on the right can also be used for a earth/bonding lead.

Why would you want to take off the rocker? Re-paint? If so, use the search function. There are plenty of detailed threads on how to do it.

That's a relief thanks. Got some flaking paint
 
Should the earth thats under the domed nut in the photo be bolted on the other one?? Not that it makes a difference anyway though.
 
If you will do the refurb yourself, remember 2 things:
- Preparation (sanding etc) is key. Take your time for that.
- Take more time!
