when he was breaking the car, i "bought" the front bumper, is only £45 but i sent him payment asap, he was happy enough to take payment, he says hel post in a few days later.
got a pm saying that he sold the car as a whole, which is fair enough, he said he'll refund my money back asap, but still no sign of it....

sent a few pm's and a text this morning, still no sign....

check my bank balance still no sign of money going through.

Are you still covered by paypal perhaps open up a dispute?
 
Aw no luck, lets hope he's honest and refunds you in due time (with pace would be better) :)
