Yeah dude I'm local! Have been out of the honda scene for a while bt back now! I'm from the port lad! Heard so much bout ur car from ricky bradley n all!I'm doin an ek4 project at the minute lad! Well have to meet up wen iv mine on the road! Lol

Ok so still own this car and its been sitting parked around 2 years now. Started to get the itch to get back into it after driving a run about hdi 306 for the time being, so decided to go and get a b16a sir that I heard and seen running out of an import del sol and clean the whole car up in the process hopefully for summer carrying out the work in a friends shed who does bodywork, who will be doing some painting for me:
Firstly the B16a :)

Starting to strip down the car and pulling the engine out:

Aww your right it does it's been lying some amount of time it's getting the bay flushed and painted again engine in then fully buffed to see what needs painted again
 
Am I the only person to spot that this car was smashed and the id/reg off the original shell swapped and used on aarons old shell... Then swapped onto b18cvc that was originally off the shell

The car hasn't been hit it has it's original vin and reg on it? It was the first one that was smashed this is a completely different car?
 
W946HAO was the original facelift shell

Which you openly admitted to writing off

You then ended up with a lad(Aaron iirc) off jdmy0s old shell (b18cvc)

Your thread makes it look to have been reshelled and run on the plates off the original facelift shell and then b18cvc appeared back on a few posts later

I apologise if this is not the case but it's exactly how it looks reading your build, which is a cracker btw, it's cracking to see one being built to as high a standard
 
Revival! and it's going to be in it's best form to date.

I think you should find the closest colour to these for the TE's and get Ricky on point.

Good to see this car is still going, alot of work went into that shell, detachable slam panel, seam welded engine bay and underneath, fully poly bushed aswell, whats the plans for it?
