just wondering would I see any benefits from upgrading my fuel system if I currently have a standard b16b ie. injectors, fuel pump, fuel rail? or is this only beneficial if you have a built head and or block?

Injectors is only when your car is tuned that much that your injectors capacity is maxing out. On a stock car there is enough headroom. Fuel rail is usually done for looks, very few cars really need another fuel rail. And same also goes for pump.

If your car has high mileage, then changing out to a new Stock fuel pump or a walbro would do no harm as fuel pumps are a wear item. Other than that theres not much point.

skunk2 composite fuel rail - cooler fuel?

lol, gangsta cool innit! no need to change any of that stuff unless your car is modified to an extent that your standard injectors are maxing out. same goes for the pump. The rail is purely cosmetic, any claims of a performance increase are bull! They do look nice though on a built engine.

same goes for the pump.
Some tuners reccomend changing the pump if there is highish mileage and your doing some mapping etc.
Absolutely no power gains or anything though, its only maintenance.

on the case of swap kseries civic/integras it has to be upgraded due to the fact that kseries motors don't have fuel return system............

cheers lads exactly the info i wanted and i had a feeling the fuel rail was just for cosmetics does look sweet tho
