B20's had a Manifold and a re-tune

Yes it's going really well.

Let my dad have a drive in it then and it was spinning in 2nd and 3rd, he was cacking it. Say's there is some power there.

Not sure on power figures yet guys, no idea what the torque is. Power was originally around 204bhp but should be a tad more with the 2.5" system and manifold, probably nearer 210 now I'd have thought. Daz stuck the wideband on and it was running very rich which is a good sign as it means it's breathing better.

I assume you mean it was lean running not rich cause rich running now compared to before would suggest the engine isn't breathing as well.

Was thinking the same. Almost got a little confused myself.

Seems B20's are getting just as good MPG as B18's. Once setup and run in. If not better in some aplications with lower tune cams and such.

Bearing in mind mines at 4750rpm @ 80mph and I got 155 mile from half a tank, with normal gearing b20s are better on fuel than b16b's

This is what I need to get into the habit of doing you see, instead of nailing it everywhere I should get into 4th/5th asap and drive round in it in low revs and likewise on the motorway.

I'm try to take it easy for this next week if I can. I may be making a trek up the hills near Dolgellau, North Wales on Wednesday though as I go and watch the RAF/USAF flying low level in the Mach Loop and the roads down there are ones where you really want to open the car up so I'm going to have to restrain from doing so and just try and cruze down there. :))

B20Z bottom end.

ITR head, cams, inlet. 2.5" system and PLM header, apexi intake (Not in great condition).

Pretty much a basic bog standard B20 build bar the header and exhaust.
