B20 vs h22a

It will be used as a daily car, my b16 is rebuilt dunno what its pushing tho but is quick raced my mates h22 eg was beating it till he hit 6800 rpm his words and he kicked my arse on the motor way :(.
On the h i can get the engine box cheap, wiring my mate will do, tuning would go to scholar racing for remap and tune.
Id love a k but if im totally honest wont happen ill try but most prob wont happen :(

I wudnt really know bout the h22 but a vell built b20 with ek9 or teggy head I find is a lot better in race against the b18, and as for long races iv never raced on the motorway I don't see the point but for a little stretch I'd advise the b20 than the b18 an I can say this cuz I own a ek with teggy r setup, b20 jus has the torque

I have B20 mate, been running it for a couple a months now and all a can say is what a difference it is over the B16, low down torque! But have to say if you've got an H22 sitting there put it in, you would prob get more power and torque gains from bolt ons on an H22 than a B20, get it done, you won't regret it :naughty:

b20 and h22 are **** b18 all the way

And how have you came to that conclusion?

I would say b18 would be th best and least hassle. Good power, reliability and pick parts up pretty cheap. Good luck with whatever you do.

Go K.
Esp if its a DD...you will love the torque and close ratio 6sp.

Yeah dude, think it was abit of u really then checked some eg k20 builds and love it,
In order for me to do this build ive had to put car in garage to fund it till christmas think i should be able to save £2-4k to do it think i can do it
Want to feel the k20 way :D

Gonna need atleast 5.5G guy.

Yeah i know mate, might just stick to a b18 or 20 just so its easier u know

H22 all the way. Expecialist if you buy the h22a7 from Accord Type-r. Stock engine have a big power and a ton of torque, and you have Honda reliable.
