car was running silly rich afrs down at the 10`s  made 202bhp and 140ftlb so knew that this wasnt right turned out the mapping wasnt correct so got then afrs corrected made 221 and 148 ftlb but it was to late the engine was starting to show signs of packing in ( loads of metal on sump plug and death rattle at start up )

and to finish it off hit a bad bump and flattened then manifold :angry2:

so went momentum motorsport in lisburn northern ireland getting rebuilt spec :
eagle forged crank
eagle forged rods arp bolts
skunk2 springs and retainers
skunk2 cams
toda timing belt
acl bearings
arp head bolts mains and head
new genuine honda oil pump
genuine honda head gasket
valve stem oil seals cam seals etc

got the car back limited to 4k the a huge difference down low compared to before now that he car is correctly mapped

looks like you've had a poor run of luck with the car. good to see its sorted now! not a fan of the stickered up lip but hay thats just me! heard some bad reports on those eagle forged cranks, hopefully you'll have no bother with it. as you've already had enough troubles with the car!

was the car not mappewd correctly when u bought it??

does it still have the same spec as when it was dyno'd at over 240bhp

yeh it was rebuilt before i bought it but the mapping wasnt correct it was overfueling and way way to much ignition so it started to take its toll

all sorted now but :)

Welcome mate hope you enjoy the car and get it out on track were it belongs:nice:

i thought tdp has a warrenty with engine rebuilds and mapping?

Was the it just the head or whole long block done by TDP??

Even still Id be marching back up to him and looking for a free solution if its warrantied.

well tdp didnt really want anything to do with it but i have print outs off 2 different dynos and its not the power it was ament to be also the fact the engine was "chucked" in bolt way to lose and other bolts to tight
