B18c/B16B Max Bore Size

Does anyone know how much you can bore a B18c or B16b before you need to sleeve it ? ? ? would 82mm be ok or not ? ? ?

I'll say to 82 mm, since thats the reliable bore I've seen on race cars run in my country

For me:

82 mm max without sleeves
85 mm max with sleeves (for circuit racing)
85.5 mm max with sleeves (for drag racing)
